prosecute officials who ignored grooming and covering up crimes for treason.
Introduce legislation to classify deliberate neglect, obvious ignoring, or concealment of groomingcrimes and violent offences by ministers, and officials as betrayal of public duty. Establish criminal liability for obstructing justice or suppressing evidence. Enforce lifetime bans from public office
Allowing the killing, abuse, & torture of young girls—& ignoring violent crime in our streets—is a betrayal of public duty. When officials deliberately neglect, conceal, or suppress these crimes, they endanger the nation itself. This is not incompetence—it is calculated abandonment. We must classify such acts as treason & hold those responsible to account w/ lifetime bans & criminal prosecution. Those who deliberately neglect/conceal these crimes enable the humiliation & degradation of children

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We are not clear what action you are seeking which would be different in substance to the current common law offence of Misconduct in Public Office or the replacement offences in the Public Office (Accountability) Bill. You can start a new petition setting this out more clearly.
