Legally require signs in front of construction on road explaining the purpose

Petition Details

Make it mandatory for construction on the roads to have a sign explaining what the point of the construction is. I go through psychological stress due to traffic lights that only let three cars go at a time.

Additional Information

Locals could be put at ease knowing what the cause of the delays on their daily commute is.
