End The Racial and Religious Hatred Act

A controversial 2006 amendment of the (Public Order act 1986) , that serves nothing other than than an encouragement of the opposite,

It is a lazy and deconstructive attempt at preventing social discrimination by just silencing people with an issue of hatred this does not make them any less misguided but rather just unable to be identified easily and less inclined to want to communicate with other social backgrounds , because of the wall put up by this law, and a refusal to enable a constructive integration of society , and in turn just giving credibility to an odious behavioural problem and an issue that cannot be dealt with by making it more of an issue.

Theres is no evidence that since this Act has been passed that it has deterred any of the problems its set out to do, in fact we are more likely to be in a worse position presently
