To make Arkle road a one way street

I live in Arkle road laird street end, the traffic flow is horrendous always ques cars speeding up an down, all the cut out the round about traffic system on St James church, this is a narrow street with lots off young children, and it's a accident waiting to happen, so hopefully making it a one way will cut down on the traffic flow
