Ban fireworks with sound/bangs. Only allow silent fireworks to be sold.
Ban the sale of all fireworks that make a sound. Only allow silent fireworks to be sold.
People love fireworks but if you were to ask what it is about fireworks people enjoyed they wouldn’t say the screeching noise or the huge bangs. It’s the colours and sparkles that light up the sky.
So many animals and pets are petrified of the loud bangs. My sister volunteers at an animal shelter Maxs Legecy and they are terrified of them. Some people’s pets have died due to the stress levels caused by such loud bangs. Every year pets are left traumatised by them especially on bonfire night.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, a ban on fireworks, a specific decibel limit, or a ban on certain types of fireworks such as aerial fireworks.
