Review support for disabled people in accessing employment tribunals

Petition Details

We call on the Government to review the support available to help disabled people access and present their case in employment tribunals.

Additional Information

We think it is important that there is access to legal aid, trauma-informed procedures, and safeguarding protections for disabled, traumatised people in Employment Tribunals, especially in whistleblowing and discrimination cases.
