Family court to use actual facts and evidence in family court, not probabilities

Petition Details

I want the government to change the way family law sees evidence, instead of balance of probabilities look for facts that are absolute.

Additional Information

Dads are at an all time high disadvantage when it comes to the kids. We leave and then have to fight tooth and nail. Outside of a relationship when inside the relationship its fine to, take the kids to school. Play fight, hug them, kiss them, and be there support system. We dads need to have the 50/50 rights to custody not just rights to information. Thousands of dads commit suicide and I'm talking about good dads. It needs to be fair and just. Not a he said said
