Prohibit loud fireworks from being bought by the public. Allow them at events.
Withhold loud fireworks from being publicly bought (and sold), only allow silent fireworks. Allow loud large ones only to be bought by arranged event organisers. This helps to reduce tress, injury and other negative outcomes of loud fireworks. (And fireworks in general)
Loud fireworks are stress causers for animals and individuals with PTSD, they are used as weapons (aimed at people), harm the wildlife and directly overworks the NHS with accident victims. Limiting access to fireworks will help to reduce these hazards and risks. Only allowing them to be used in arranged events would helps to reduce these harmful consequences.
