Ban the sale and use of consumer fireworks.
Restrict fireworks to organised, ticketed events.

Additional Information

To lessen and try to empathise with the fear, distress, anxiety and danger of general public, emergency services, the elderly, pets, livestock and wildlife fireworks create. Organised events allow for regulated safe use and any effected party to take adequate preparations to minimise physical and psychological trauma.
Allowing free sale of fireworks, hands explosives to untrained personnel!
