Review Family Law to Prevent False Domestic Abuse Allegations
Review family law to find ways to prevent misuse of domestic abuse allegations in custody cases. Protect children from parental alienation and ensure justice for all parents.
We believe false domestic abuse allegations are being used to block parental contact in family courts. This harms children and innocent parents, undermining trust in the justice system. We need accountability for false accusations. Justice must protect the vulnerable without enabling manipulation.
