Allow stun guns or tasers to be carried and used in self defence

Petition Details

We demand the relaxing of firearms law to allow law abiding citizens, with no criminal or poor mental health background that suggests they are dangerous, to protect themselves and their family against intrusion or attack.

Additional Information

There are too many attacks on persons. We have limited legal ways of protecting ourselves, property or family against violent criminals. The criminal carrying out violent and sexual crimes often with the aid of lethal weapons against men, women and children know there is little the victim can do to protect themselves. I propose the Government relax firearm laws to allow the ownership of stun guns and tasers to all law abiding citizens over the age of 25.
