Petition Action

Ban organisations from sending emails or text messages from "no reply" sources.

Petition Details

I would like the Government to ban all organisations from sending any email, text message or similar messages from no reply digital addresses without allowing the recipient to reply using the same method.

Additional Information

Many organisations are cutting down on their customer support and making it extremely difficult for customers to get answers to issues, complaints and problems. This means that the organisation may save 5 minutes, but the customer may spend hours trying to resolve the simplest problem. I know that many people who just give up, and businesses may get away with mistakes. I fear that eventually there will be so many unresolved problems that the regulators for various industries will be overwhelmed.
