Management Buyout Tax Relief
The present UK tax rules for management buy-out transactions can make it very difficult for would-be entrepreneurs to take-over their companies from retiring owners.

This petition proposes that personal loans, mortgages and remortgages taken out in order to fund management buy-outs in which more than 10 UK jobs are likely to be either saved or created should receive enhanced tax treatment from the UK tax authorities.
