Make the UK driving theory test pass mark 40 instead of 43

We believe making the legal pass mark 40 on the theory test could increase opportunities for the younger generation as well as present more opportunities for work and employment.

Additional Information

Due to the amount of young people in the country that struggle to find work as well as get around, I think it would be a fair idea to help them by reducing the amount of points it takes on the driving theory test, It could substantially help young people get around to the workplace and could potentially increase the amount of work opportunities as they could reach farther out to look for work instead of limiting their options.
