LAA Housing Disrepair Reinstatement

I would like the government to reinstate legal aid for tenants in regards Housing Disrepair, as even using Civil Legal Advice, even the LAA contracted solicitors are refusing to take Housing Disrepair cases on, leaving tenants without legal representation, especially those in social housing and having to endure conditions that are not conducive for mental nor physical health & wellbeing and in which they are not able to afford property/building inspection reports, then for full legal represtation for court action.
