My petition calls for an International Trust Verification Portal requiring all trustees in the British offshore islands to have trust deeds and payments independently checked by a randomly assigned notary. This would confirm that each deed is real, each payment is correct, and funds reach the proper beneficiary. The system would prevent fraud and protect investors while safeguarding the reputation and future of the offshore finance industry.
