Jeremy Hunt MP the Health Secretary, wants to tamper with the NHS Constitution. The Constitution as it stands is Strong they want to Tamper with it to make it Weaker. They ask Questions with double meanings. They then will use them to against the Constitution. "SAY LEAVE THE NHS CONSTITUTION ALONE"
