Restoration Of Capital Punishment For Serial Killers
As a serial killer commits the ultimate crime in ending 3 or more human lives no other crime even comes close to this and the punishment in our current justice system is far from good enough on this issue. For this ultimate crime it should receive the ultimate punishment by the most humane way possible and that is lethal injection.
