No peerages for Jack Straw and Malcolm Rifkind
In the light of the apparent arrogance displayed by Jack Straw and Sir Malcolm Rifkind in the latest 'Cash for Access' issue, HM Government (and Loyal Opposition) should ensure that these two characters are never elevated to the House of Lords.
