We want the government to require all spas, salons and hotels to mandate a trained independent third-party disclosure officer in every venue.

Additional Information

Spa, salon and hotel staff have disclosed sexual assault or harassment by clients. There can often be no direct reporting pathway, and no requirement for an independent third-party disclosure officer. We need a safe, trauma-informed system to protect staff and guests. Creating a clear pathway to reporting could protect both staff and guests.
