Grant care workers ILR (infinite leave to Remain ) in 5 years.

Petition Details

Instead of increasing care worker visa stay period to 5 to 15 , restrict them accessing social welfare or benefits for 15 years and grant them ILR (infinite leave to Remain ) in 5 years .

Additional Information

Because this people came knowing a different set of rule and now they will fall under different rule is not fare ! this is a breach of commitment and millions of human life will suffer financially and mentally and physically as well .Also their family life children life and quality of their overall life will be severely effected , This should be accepted on a humanitarian ground, as well as the main agenda of government is to reduce financial burden , which is also achieved by this .
