Require social housing storage spaces for buggies of families above ground floor

Petition Details

Make it legal requirement for all social housing to provide a shed for children’s buggies if there is no lift and there are flats above the ground floor. They have them for bikes, so why not buggies?

Additional Information

I’m a mum who lives on the 3rd floor with a 6-month-old baby. I have to carry my baby up 3 flights of stairs then leave her alone for a period of time while I go back down for shopping. This could be multiple trips depending on how much shopping I have. Then I have to carry my buggy back up because we haven't been provided us with a buggy shed with a lock on. We aren’t allowed to leave them downstairs because of fire safety rules.
