Petition Action

Care workers and skilled workers new settlement rules are unfair and inhumane.

Petition Details

New settlement policies on exiting applicants of care workers and skilled workers are unfair, immoral and inhumane and a big fraud
It’s against the British values and against on the people who’s looking after our elderly and against on the people who obey our law and contribute to our economy.

Additional Information

Healthcarevisa route has been introduced in 2020 because the country was struggling with a care workers shortage and implemented a 5 year pathway to ILR
As an individual who applied for a job and been offered a sponsorship and made a life time decision to move to this country as a legal migrant and by following the rules and respecting the British laws.they are going to qualify from next year for ILR but this government said ‘No we won’t give you’ is inhumane and big fraud in a modern history.
