Turn all parent and child parking spaces in all car parks to disabled spaces.
Move all parent and child parking to the far end of a carpark to make room for more disabled parking.
It would be more beneficial to disabled drivers if parent and child parking spaces were moved to the far end of a carpark as there would be more disabled parking closer to shops.
