Skilled workers can work in any job after 5 years without Sponsorship.
The main thing a skilled worker wants is the freedom of job after 5 year ILR. So give them the freedom to work in any occupation without sponsorship after 5 years and dont give them the public benefits or Nhs services for free.
Charge them for Nhs services every year.
