Keep the 5 year ILR route as committed to SW visa holders including Healthcare

Petition Details

When the entry clearance was issued it committed a 5 year route to settlement and now govt wishes to extend it to 15 years

Additional Information

Its like employment contract mentions 3 months probation leading to full time employment but nearing the completion the employers tells you it will always be a temporary employment contract. Same goes for this change if applied retrospectively, before we made travel arrangements to the UK we were assured a 5 year route & now it says 10-15 years which is unfair by all means.
