CSA not doing their job properly

Additional Information

The CSA need to keep on top of payments made through a deductions of earnings order and as soon as 1 payment is missed it needs chasing up to avoid late payments to the resident parent and to avoid taking a higher payment from the non resident parent each time, that way arrears don't accumulate.
