Simplify Taxation: 2015 Manifesto
Simplify taxation to the following:-
Graduated Income Tax - for all: including businesses, self-employed, employed and benefit recipients: prevent manipulation of profits.
Health and Welfare Tax – fixed for all as a percentage of income: exclusively for the provision of Health and Welfare services.
Local Services Tax - applied by location on every adult and business resident in location. Flat rate for each to cover the cost of provision of local services .
Evolve over time as necessary to ensure universality of application
