Make 111 Fit For Purpose

Additional Information

The current 111 system is not fit for purpose.
It feels as though it was designed by politicians and IT consultancies rather than clinicians - every clinician I have met hates it, so does every patient I have asked.
The concept is valid but it needs to be redesigned with the actual workflow designed by clinicians.
