Petition Action

Keep 5-year ILR route for dependents of skilled workers.

Petition Details

We ask the Government to keep the 5-year ILR route for dependents of skilled workers. Reversing the proposed extension will protect family stability, support workforce retention, and maintain the UK’s ability to attract skilled professionals. It will certainly protect the NHS

Additional Information

Skilled workers bring essential services to the UK. Their families deserve stability, not extended uncertainty. Keeping the 5-year ILR route for dependents protects family unity, supports workforce retention, and strengthens the UK’s ability to attract talent.
