Greater accountability and consequences for NHS when neglect leads to death
Stricter consequences. When a avoidable death is caused by admitted lack of care and neglect ,bias, failing reaching a serious criteria not documenting deteriating health condition .And wrongful discharge, a slapped wrist and retraining ,and we will learn by our mistakes..doesn't seem to work .
Make the consequences of serious neglect more stricter

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're concerned about accountability within the NHS.
However, we're not exactly sure what changes you'd like to see to the current NHS complaints process or how you'd like the consequences for medical negligence to be made stricter.
You could start a new petition setting out the specific changes you'd like to see more clearly.
You can find information on the current NHS complaints procedure in this House of Commons Library note: commonslibrary.parliament.uk/nhs-complaints-in-england
