Keep the right to trial by jury
The right to trial by a jury of fellow peers has been a fundamental right for over 8 centuries.
No government should be able to remove such a right of the people without the opportunity to vote on it.
This was not in a government manifesto and has not been presented to parlaiment for debate.
This is a breach of the Covent between the star and the citizens and should not be undertaken by a government without clear support for the removal of a fundamental right.
This move is open to major abuse and should not be countenanced
