Improve the behaviours in parliament and enforce the answers to questions asked.
The behaviour in the house of commons is a disgrace. We need to stop the shouting and whooping when people are talking. If a question is asked it should be answered and the speaker should enforce this. Ensure we have informed debate, not political grandstanding.
Change the rules so people cannot be interrupted when making a speech. Ensure that questions are answered or as an alternative allow for them to state they will not answer. Give the speaker the power to expel MPs that don't adhere to the rules.
