Call for Early General Election - damages reversal needed
Call for early general election. The current budget crisis and unsustainable burden on hard-working taxpayers funding benefits for non-workers must end. Working families deserve a government that rewards work, not dependency. Let voters decide now.
New Government must reverse damaging changes impacting hard-working people. Priority reforms:
1) Raise income tax thresholds - no tax up to £20K, 20% to £70K, 30% to £150K, 40% above.
2) Remove NI tax on private pensions from April 2029.
3) Significantly cut welfare spending on non-workers.
4) consider Increase VAT to 23% on most goods.
5) Introduce tiered VAT rates - e.g., 8% on building supplies to stimulate growth and fairness.
