STOP Migrants from Claiming UK Benefits – 5 Years Contribution or Nothing
We therefore call on His Majesty’s Government to bring forward urgent legislation that:
• Prohibits all foreign nationals from claiming any UK welfare benefits, Universal Credit, housing assistance, child benefit, or other taxpayer-funded state support until they have worked for 5 years.
Foreign nationals who have never paid a penny in tax are claiming £10.1bn+ in UK benefits annually – 1.9 million claimants straining our £303bn welfare system. This is unsustainable and unfair. Ban all welfare access for migrants until they have contributed for at least five years. British taxpayers have to come first.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do as the term "foreign nationals" or "migrants" is very broad and many do not receive any benefits from the UK Government.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly who you would like this policy to apply to.
