All 2 year old's should receive 15 hrs free childcare.
At the minute the parents of children at the age of 2 years old have to meet a certain criteria to be able to get 15 hours free childcare, as it stands the criteria is ridiculous and it does not help the working family, the earnings thresholds should be raised considerably and some other rulings needs to drastically change for it to be a benefit to more struggling working family's.
