Ban MP’s from making comments, noises or gestures when another MP is speaking.
The House of Commons has become a national disgrace in terms of the behaviour of MPs. Often when one MP is attempting to speak they are being shouted down by other MPs or drowned out by MPs who are making childish noises and gestures. It has become like a rowdy pub quiz night.
This behaviour embarrasses the UK on the world stage and these public displays of disrespect and childishness reduce the confidence that voters have in their elected officials. It is not tradition, it is juvenile and unprofessional behaviour that would not be allowed in any boardroom.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally.
