Make punishments for people that abuse, endanger or murder animals more severe
I want the government to make the punishment for the people that chose to abuse, endanger or murder animals that are not of any threat to them much more severe
I do not feel that animal lives are taken as seriously and I feel that the punishment for animal abuse related criminal offences are not harsh enough.
I think people are significantly more careless when it comes to how they treat an animal in comparison to a human being despite them being more vulnerable (if the animal is not a current threat to them)
I think that making these punishments for animal related crimes would help put a stop to animal abuse
