For Parliament to discuss the proposed Chinese “mega-embassy”.
Parliament needs to scrutinise the proposed Chinese “mega-embassy” to address any potential national security concerns or other issues.
This decision to open this large Chinese embassy has attracted many concerns from across Parliament, security experts and international allies.
It deserves proper scrutiny in the Parliament as the effects will be long term and will extend far beyond this parliamentary term.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what action you'd like the Government or Parliament to undertake in relation to the Chinese Embassy.
In addition, the House of Commons has already held parliamentary debates on China's "mega-embassy". You can find this here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly how you would like the Government or Parliament to scrutinise China's proposed embassy.
