Do not base human rights on the outdated concept of biological sex.
We call on the government to rightly outlaw any attempt to segregate people and base human rights on the outdated, scientifically illiterate idea that all humans fall neatly into a binary based on the outdated concept of biological sex.
Calls to segregate society according to the wilfully ignorant idea of a biological sex binary are based entirely in ultraconservative hate, and have no foundation in scientific reality or the lives of real people.
The Supreme Court ruling on biological sex was entirely ideological and should be considered an international embarrassment to the UK in 2025.
The lives and human rights of gender diverse people should not be at the mercy of Stone Age beliefs like this in any modern country.

The UK Government cannot change court judgements but could introduce new legislation about this.
You could start a petition about amending the Equality Act to define the terms woman and man not based on biological sex, if that is what you would like.
