Restart all local elections and by-elections
Due to the successional cancellation of local elections in potential Mayoral constituencies, parliament should reinstate local elections until 2028 when the Mayoral elections begin.
To allow residents in their constituencies to have a democratic choice over the local councils. Democracy delayed is democracy denied
