Provide a veterinary service funded by additional tax contributions
I want the government to consider introducing a voluntary additional tax to fund a free of charge veterinary service similar to the NHS.
I’ve seen first hand how much veterinary bills cost, as well as seeing loved ones struggle with costly bills due to their pet already having an underlying health issue. We believe any responsible pet owner who works would volunteer a small deduction from their wage if it meant they never had to worry about paying for expensive vet bills.
If you want to sign this petition (as opposed to merely discuss it), you need to do that on the government's e-Petitions website.
