Role to be created or absorbed in parliament to ensure PM answers all questions
Currently, the PM often uses pre-planned script to answer questions in PMQ's, often without any attempt to answer the question. The MP does then not get an opportunity to challenge. The PM should have a responsibility to answer the question and somebody should be enforcing this, in real time.
Good questions get asked and we, the general public, want to hear the PM's answer. Currently, the PM just says what he feels we want to hear instead of actually facing the challenge of the opposition.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally, and the Prime Minister is responsible for answers to questions.
