Stop the government from abolishing the right to trial by jury
In a democratic society, the right to a fair trial is a fundamental human right. This right is under threat as our government considers abolishing it.
Without it, we give unfair advantage to the state over individuals, creating the potential for miscarriages of justice to occur.
The government must retain the human right of trial by jury as it is today.
