Petition Action

Lower the age to apply for a driving licence and take driving tests to 13

Petition Details

I want the Government to lower the age at which people can sit driving tests and get a full driving licence to 13. I have always wanted to drive by a young age and a lot of other people do want to as well.

Additional Information

We can practise on a realistic simulator before actually doing the test so there is less chance of people failing. This will help out people who want to learn and drive by the age of 13 as they will know more by the time they actually get a provisional license and be able to drive themselves to places as taxi prices are going higher and some people don’t have enough money - and it teaches kids how taxes and the legal requirements work, to be more ready for the future.
