Legally protect nightlife venues from closure and noise complaints

Petition Details

UK nightlife powers our economy, supports nearly 2 million jobs, and shaped world-leading club culture. Losing our venues means losing history, creativity and community. We must protect nightlife now before the lights go out for good.

Additional Information

We want the UK to protect nightlife the way Berlin does. The German federal government classed Berlin clubs as cultural institutions, safeguarding them from closures and some noise complaints. UK nightlife drives jobs, creativity and community. Our clubs are cultural heritage, not disposable businesses. We need legal protection now to keep our night-time culture alive.
