Require vets to provide free lifesaving care for pets

Petition Details

If the pet is in desperate need of care, and the pet's life is on the line, the vets should have to give the animal free medical care, so the pet does not die.

Additional Information

So the animals do not lose their life if the owner cannot afford the vet fees. The pets should not be able to make an animal lose its life if the owner cannot pay.
