Require Royal Mail to combine 1st and 2nd class postage. We feel it's chaos now and there's hardly any difference in delivery times. Anyone wanting guaranteed next day delivery could use special delivery. This may enable them to deliver 6 days a week again, every week.

Additional Information

We believe our postal service used to be the envy of the world. It should be improving not self destructing. The price of stamps has shot up and the delivery service seems to be dependent on which way the wind is blowing. Even knowing which days to expect a delivery seems to be impossible. We think it's time to combine the outdated system of 1st and 2nd class post and deliver 6 days a week again, every week!
