Introduce Unlimited Stay & Work transitional visa for Existing Skilled Workers
A transitional arrangement of unlimited COS free stay and work visa for existing skilled worker migrants affected under the upcoming earned settlement model is essential to ensure safety, fairness, and genuine worker protection.
This approach is vital for preventing worker exploitation. Remaining tied to employer sponsorship for 10–15 years places skilled workers at serious risk as dependence on a single sponsor can lead to unfair treatment.
