Extend the time limit to 10 years for medical negligence claims for ill patients

Petition Details

Extend the time limit to 10 years for patients who can prove they were too unwell to claim within the current 3 year period. This is to give sick patients a similar right for justice as patients well enough to claim in the shorter period.
